Products will be delivered PAN India within 3-5 business days

Products out-of-stock, will be produced freshly and may take upto 7-10 working days for shipment. We will keep you posted accordingly.

For delivery, We have partnered with all the best players in the industry so that your orders promptly reaches you safe & secured. However, there may be some unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, accidents, union strikes, etc that are beyond our control that may cause some delay.

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Amrut Shudh believes and understands that our patrons have the right to have access to products that are nothing but best and hence we have cancellation, return & refund policies.
Cancellation Process

Before Shipment: Usually all orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. We request to kindly write us on care@featpl.com and call us on +91- 90282 92266 (Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 7 pm) so that we can stop the shipment immediately and initiate the refund. This will ensure that your funds can be in your account within 3-5 working days depending upon banking processes.

After Shipment: Once an order is shipped, Amrut Shudh will not accept any requests for cancellation, return or refund. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. Upon receipt of the products, we will investigate and notify about the status of your refund.

Amrut Shudh reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer. Rest assured a full assistance will be provided over the email & phone for a smooth transaction.
Refund Process
Once an order is shipped, Amrut Shudh will not accept return or refund requests except below unavoidable circumstances. However, in all cases we would like to create a win-win situations for everyone.

Damaged/Spoiled product on arrival

Amrut Shudh requests everyone to notify us immediately within 24hrs of product delivery via an email to care@featp.com and a Call/Whatsapp on +91- 90282 92266 (Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 7 pm).

In the email/call/whatsapp, plz clearly mention order number, invoice details and a 15-20 second product video covering everything including outer box packing and actual product pack.

In multiple products shipment, the damaged product will be returned and replaced.

For the product/s returned, we will promptly re-send and replace the product/s for an amicable solution.

We will be unable to accept returns only on the basis of variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is purely because our products are natural and traditionally made to retain the original nutritional contents. Hence none of our batches are identical. This is a precise reason why we share batch wise lab tested reports for any geographical atmospheric changes.
